I just found a great site for you to have some fun. The site is about chemistry more specifically about the particle collisions.

Particle collisions are happening everywhere around us and even inside us but they happen is such a small level that we are not able to see. To see particle collision we need very powerful electronic microscopes.

This site simulates particle collisions and enables you to see them from your computer as long as you are connected to the site. In the site you also have three very useful commands which represent attraction, repulsion and friction.

Where’s a picture to enlighten you

You are going to love this moving image; you make it move as you push the bars in front of it, quite amazing you’ll see.

This image represents a cat but I bet it can be done with anything. Quite interesting the way the strips start making sense once you push the bars in front of it. I think that I may call it an illusion; it isn’t really an illusion but is some kind of sight trick.

For me one extra is that it is about a cat and if you like cats this is one more reason to go and check it out. This image down bellow is still but if you go to the site at http://blogoscoped.com/files/stripes.html you’ll see that the cat moves.

Today I’m going to post about another animation, internet is filled with them and I think they are a good way to pleasantly spend some time.

This animation consists mainly of a big cube that you can rotate in all ways you want, this animation shouldn’t take you much time to explore and it will keep you updated with what the best is being made in java script.

I just found a really nice site that I would like to share with you guys. In this site you can create your own customizable snowflake and watch it in a 2D view, 3D view or rotating in a 3D view.

The site is quite interesting and the snowflake creator as well and it will keep anybody glued to the screen for quite some time.

Nonetheless winter is coming and with it snow in the northern countries, snow that may I say it is my favorite part of the winter.
